How do I upgrade from the free plan to the team plan?
You can upgrade to the paid plan directly from your workspace or clicking ‘Upgrade’ button. Simply select the plan that suits you and follow the prompts to complete the upgrade process.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes, you can change or cancel your plan at any time by accessing your account settings. Once you cancel, the plan will expire at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Stripe and bank transfers. You can select your preferred payment method during the checkout process.
What kind of support is available with each plan?
All plans come with basic support via email. The team plan includes priority support, while the custom plan includes dedicated support with a dedicated account manager.
