Job Description:
Human Factors Analyst (Palo Alto, CA) Conduct interviews or surveys of users or customers to collect information on topics such as requirements, needs, fatigue, ergonomics, or interfaces; assess user-interface or usability characteristics of products to identify areas for improvement and recommend design changes; perform functional or task analysis using tools such as checklists, surveys, or videotaping to evaluate human-system interactions; prepare reports or presentations summarizing results or conclusions of human factors engineering or ergonomics activities, such as testing, investigation, or validation; advocate for end users by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to integrate human factors principles into product development; develop or implement research methodologies or statistical analysis plans to evaluate prototypes used in new products or processes.
Requirements:
Master in engineering, psychology, or related field; 24 months of experience in user experience research or other human factors research related occupation. Knowledge of ergonomic design principles and human-machine interaction; experience conducting research in multicultural environment; certification in Human Research or IRB Social and Behavioral Research is preferred.

Marketing Specialist (Palo Alto, CA) Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand; prepare reports of findings, translating complex data into actionable insights and illustrating data graphically to aid in strategic decision-making; conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize campaign effectiveness; forecast and track marketing trends to evaluate the impact of strategies and recommend adjustments to maximize results; gather data on competitors, analyzing their prices, marketing methods, and distribution strategies to inform Vizard Ai's market positioning; measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications programs, assessing performance metrics and providing insights to improve outreach; supervise the work of other employees.
Requirements:
24 months of experience in investment analyst, marketing analyst or related occupation. Experience with working cross-functionally with teams including product, engineering, AI lab, and marketing, and across cultures to form go-to-market strategy and execute growth strategy is required, preferably in tech or AI-related fields; familiarity and experience with data reporting and analysis tools, UIUX and design tools, webpage development tools, video editing tools, product feature management tools (including Sleekplan) are required.
